Altamira is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to support our National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) customer. You will bridge the gap between design and implementation, translating UI/UX designs from our designer and PO into maintainable code within existing applications. In this role you will ensure a high level of frontend polish and champion performant UI implementations. You will partner directly with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional engineers to clarify functional and non-functional requirements. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of modernizing and maintaining angular projects and possesses the communication skills to advise and discuss tradeoffs between implementation choices. Experience Extensive experience with Cesium and AngularExperience with Typescript, JavaScript, Docker, git, PrimeNGNice to haves: Experience with ElasticSearch, Node.js, Docker Swarm, GitLab CI/CD, Python, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana, and Traefik Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or similar) from an accredited college or universityAt least 4 years of experience in Software EngineeringActive TS/SCI Clearance
