Senior Java Full Stack Engineer 📍 Irving, TX or Tampa, FL or New Castle, DE 💰 Up to $135,000 We’re looking for an experienced Java engineer to join a large-scale technology environment, working on modern applications used across a complex global organisation. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving challenging technical problems, improving existing systems and helping shape the design of scalable, reliable applications. What you’ll be doing: Designing and developing backend services using Java and Spring BootBuilding event-driven applications and integrations using Apache KafkaDeveloping and optimising Oracle SQL and PL/SQLCreating clean REST APIs and supporting responsive React applicationsContributing to technical design and architecture decisionsReviewing code and supporting other engineers within the teamWorking with Docker, Kubernetes and modern CI/CD pipelines What we’re looking for: Strong commercial experience with Core Java and Spring BootHands-on experience with microservices and Apache KafkaGood Oracle SQL and database-performance knowledgeExperience developing or integrating with React applicationsAn understanding of distributed systems and scalable application designExperience with Docker, Kubernetes or cloud-based environmentsThe confidence to contribute to design discussions and mentor other developers You don’t need to have used every technology listed, but you should be a strong hands-on Java engineer who is comfortable working across modern backend and full-stack applications.
