Description

Role We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to take ownership of the backend systems behind payments for a fast-growing tech company in Amsterdam. You will work on the core systems that ensure payments are processed, tracked and reconciled correctly, including the ledger, payment integrations and background processes. You will have significant ownership and be involved in technical decisions from development through to production. The role focuses heavily on reliability, data consistency and handling complex payment flows and failure scenarios.
