The number of clients, devices and device types is constantly increasing. At the heart of our platform is the standard product SOTI MobiControl, which is extensively customized and expanded by our team. We develop specialized components for automated software distribution and interfaces to adjacent systems. This year, we migrated our systems onto the Azure platform. As our DevOps Engineer for MDM, you will be part of our distributed team, and you are going to: be an active member of our Scrum/DevOps team, participating in requirements analysis, design, development, and testing of new MDM components,provide professional 1st and 2nd level Solutions Support, handling daily incidents and problem management,navigate Mobile Device Management frontend consoles (e.g., SOTI MobiControl, Microsoft Intune) for standard operations like remote control, log checking, and sending device commands,support a fleet of Android Enterprise (Work Managed) devices, including ruggedized hardware like the Zebra TC-Series,contribute to design and implementation of our test and production environments in the Azure Cloud andcollaborate closely with service providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal solutions for our customers. Furthermore, you can grow into: contributing to the conceptualization and implementation of customized MDM solutions and architectures within the logistics sector,leveraging Agentic AI to automate routine tasks and increment efficiency in all DevOps activities,assisting in building and testing software components, with a focus on reporting, third-party API interfaces, ensuring IT operations during disaster recovery scenarios andexpanding your area of responsibility as system complexity increases. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2003, when I took a role as C++ Developer. With an increasing knowledge of business processes and a great interest in better understanding and implementing the requirements of our business partners, the focus of my work shifted to technical consulting and requirements engineering, so that I switched to a career in consulting. In 2018, I moved to a management role, becoming a team lead and project manager. In 2022, I took the next step in my career and stepped into my current role.
