Senior DevOps Engineer - E-Energy We’re working with a specialist cryptographic technology company in Germany that builds secure solutions for the E-Energy market, and they’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their growing team. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines infrastructure, troubleshooting, internal engineering, and customer interaction. What you'll be doing Supporting and configuring Linux-based environments and virtual infrastructure.Working across Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab.Managing and improving CI/CD pipelines and testing environments.Supporting the configuration and deployment of products for customers.Working closely with development teams to improve processes and infrastructure.Providing technical support and customer training where required.Troubleshooting technical issues.Working as part of a small team focused on E-Energy projects. What we're looking for Strong commercial DevOps experience - On-premise/locally hosted.Strong Linux experience across RHEL, SUSE, Ubuntu.Experience with virtualisation/hypervisors.Hands-on Docker experience.Some Kubernetes experience - no need to be an expert.GitLab / CI/CD experience.PostgreSQL experience.Strong troubleshooting and configuration skills.Comfortable working directly with customers.Fluent in German.E-Energy experience is highly desirable. Experience within the German E-Energy market, particularly around security, cryptography, and smart-meter infrastructure, would be a strong advantage.
