Description
We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer for a major CRM and customer engagement transformation.
You’ll help develop a platform that supports how customers interact with the organisation and how advisors deliver their services.
This is an opportunity to combine strong software engineering skills with hands-on Dynamics 365 CE experience, while influencing architecture, development standards, and integration decisions.
The opportunity
Working alongside an international team, you’ll build and extend Dynamics 365 CE solutions, connect the platform with existing systems, and help establish a reliable foundation for future development.
You’ll have a say in how solutions are designed, including when to use platform capabilities and when custom development is the better approach.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing backend services and custom functionality using C#/.NET and Dynamics 365 CE.Building and maintaining integrations through APIs, Azure services, Power Automate, and Azure Data Factory.Supporting the migration and integration of existing applications into the CRM environment.Improving code quality, monitoring, and platform reliability.Working with engineering and business teams to turn requirements into practical technical solutions.Contributing to architecture discussions, code reviews, and shared engineering practices.
What you’ll bring
At least 5 years of backend development experience with C#/.NET.At least 3 years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.Experience working with relational data and developing API integrations.Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.Familiarity with Dataverse, Power Automate, Dynamics plugins, and Azure development tools.Knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure as code.A collaborative approach and sound judgement when balancing configuration with custom code.
