Shopify + Webflow Developer Needed — Baby Toys E-commerce Store

We’re looking for an experienced Shopify + Webflow developer to build a modern e-commerce store for a growing baby toy brand. The goal is to combine Webflow’s flexibility for the marketing/brand experience with Shopify’s reliable e-commerce infrastructure for products, cart, checkout, orders and payments. This should feel like a real, trustworthy baby brand — playful and colorful, but not overly childish or cluttered. Project Scope The website will sell baby and toddler toys, including categories such as: Educational & learning toys Sensory toys Montessori-inspired toys Soft toys Activity toys Baby gift sets Toys for different age groups We already have the general brand direction and product information. We need someone who can turn it into a polished, responsive storefront. Webflow Side Webflow will be used primarily for the brand and content experience. Pages/sections will include: Homepage About the brand Shop/category landing pages Age-based collections Product discovery sections Educational/blog content FAQ Contact page Shipping & returns Privacy/terms pages Promotional landing pages The homepage should have a strong visual hierarchy with featured products, age/category navigation, trust elements, customer benefits and clear CTAs. Shopify Side Shopify will handle the actual commerce functionality, including: Product and variant management Collections Inventory Cart Checkout Discounts/coupons Customer accounts Order management Shipping configuration Payment integration Basic analytics/tracking We may have products with different colors, sizes, age recommendations and bundles, so the product structure needs to be organized properly from the beginning. Product Pages Product pages should be designed around parents making a purchase decision, with information such as: Product images/gallery Price and sale price Age recommendation Product benefits Materials Dimensions What's included Safety information Shipping information Reviews Related/recommended products The experience should be simple on mobile, since a large portion of our customers will likely browse from their phones. Shopify + Webflow Integration A key part of this project is making sure the two platforms work together smoothly. We need: Clean navigation between Webflow and Shopify Consistent branding and design Product/collection links that don't feel disconnected Proper cart and checkout flow Mobile responsiveness Analytics and conversion tracking SEO-friendly URLs and metadata where applicable Fast loading times No unnecessary apps or scripts that slow down the store SEO & Performance The site should be built with SEO and performance in mind from the start. This includes: Proper heading structure Metadata Image optimization Clean URLs Product/collection SEO Schema/structured data where appropriate Mobile optimization Core Web Vitals considerations Proper redirects if existing URLs are being replaced What We’re Looking For Strong experience with Shopify Good working knowledge of Webflow Experience integrating Shopify with Webflow or similar headless/connected setups Strong understanding of e-commerce UX Responsive design experience Familiarity with Shopify Liquid, APIs and custom integrations is a plus Good understanding of SEO and website performance Ability to work independently and communicate clearly Experience with children's/baby products or consumer e-commerce is a plus Deliverables The final website should be: Responsive + polished + easy to manage + conversion-focused + technically clean. We'd also like a short handover after launch explaining how products, collections, content and basic site settings should be managed.
