Job Purpose
Own and optimize the Dynatrace monitoring platform, turning application, infrastructure and user-experience data into actionable insights across the business.
What You’ll Do
Administer and optimize Dynatrace across applications and infrastructure.Build dashboards, alerts, synthetics and Real User Monitoring.Analyse logs, metrics and traces to identify performance issues and root causes.Monitor releases and proactively identify performance, reliability and capacity risks.Work with Engineering, SRE, Infrastructure and Security teams to improve observability.Manage monitoring coverage, platform efficiency and Dynatrace consumption.Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis, automation and reporting.
Required Experience
5+ years in monitoring, observability or application performance engineering.3+ years hands-on Dynatrace experience in production.Strong experience with OneAgent, ActiveGate, DQL, dashboards, synthetics, RUM and Davis AI.Experience with Datadog, ELK/Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana or similar.Experience monitoring Kubernetes, .NET applications, databases and cloud environments.Working knowledge of Linux/Bash and PowerShell.Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.Familiarity with AI/agentic tools such as Copilot, Claude, Codex or Gemini.Preferred
Dynatrace certification, OpenTelemetry experience, and experience in financial services, insurance, government or other regulated industries.
Location: Amman, Jordan
Working Model: Onsite – 5 days per week
