SUMMARY 💰 110 - 140 PLN/h on B2B 💰 13 200 - 16 800 PLN gross on UoP 📍 Kraków (Hybrid - 2 days in the office / 3 days remote) 💼 Senior PROJECT Join a global engineering environment focused on building internal tools supporting Future State Architecture (FSA) across CTO Platforms. You will work on production-grade solutions used by architects and engineering teams, combining backend development, web UI, databases, integrations, and AI agent technologies. The role involves building reliable internal platforms and introducing agentic engineering practices to automate software development workflows. YOU WILL Design, build, and maintain internal tools supporting Future State Architecture across CTO PlatformsDevelop backend services and APIs using Node.js and/or JavaIntegrate applications with PostgreSQL and other enterprise data sourcesBuild and enhance web UI components supporting workflows for architects and engineering teamsDevelop and orchestrate autonomous AI agents supporting software build, testing, and deployment processesImplement integration patterns using MCP, tool/function calling, and APIsCollaborate with architects, platform engineers, and stakeholders to translate architecture requirements into technical solutionsEnsure solutions meet engineering standards for security, performance, resilience, observability, testing, and documentationContribute to code reviews, automation, operational support, and continuous improvement of the engineering toolchain MUST HAVE Strong software engineering experience with Node.js and/or JavaVery good knowledge of PostgreSQL, including data modelling and query optimisationExperience developing web applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworksUnderstanding of AI agents / agentic application engineeringExperience with integration patterns such as APIs, MCP, and tool/function callingStrong understanding of production engineering principles, including security, resilience, performance, observability, and automated testingExperience designing solutions for internal platforms, developer tooling, or similar engineering environmentsStrong English communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in an international environment NICE TO HAVE Experience building AI-powered developer or engineering toolsExperience orchestrating autonomous AI agentsExperience working with enterprise architecture or platform engineering teamsExperience supporting production-grade internal servicesUnderstanding of software delivery automation and modern engineering practices OUR OFFER The relocation package (4500 PLN total value) is paid in three installments (1500 PLN per month) if your permanent office presence is mandatory and you need to relocate from another city.Benefits: Extended medical care (over 2000 medical facilities in Poland, 80 in Kraków) for you and your family; Multisport card; Life insurance
