About The Role We are seeking a talented Full-Stack AI Software Developer to join our Data & AI capability team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and operating full-stack, AI-enabled software solutions with a strong focus on frontend development. Your primary responsibility will be to create user-facing products and interfaces that make McLaren's data and AI accessible and usable. This includes developing chat experiences, engineering assistants, dashboards, and internal digital products supported by robust AI platforms. Working within a product-oriented delivery model, you will be embedded in or allocated to a business-aligned product team, such as Product Development, Manufacturing, or Commercial, leveraging shared capabilities from the unified platform team. You will operate at the intersection of frontend development and AI integration, deploying solutions on cloud infrastructure and ensuring seamless user experiences with advanced AI functionalities like streaming responses, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and autonomous agents.
