Full Stack .NET Developer | Boston, MA | Hybrid, 3 days onsite | $120,000 to $165,000 base + 10-15% bonus We’re partnering with a well-established professional services organization in Boston looking to add an experienced Full Stack Developer to its growing internal technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer with 4+ years of experience who wants to join a smaller, collaborative engineering environment where they can have a genuine impact on technical direction. The team is particularly interested in someone who can bring experience and ideas from outside the organization, contribute to technical decision-making, and help raise the bar across the wider development function. You’ll work across a mixture of new application development, modernization, cloud, integrations, and emerging technology initiatives, while partnering closely with both technical and business stakeholders. What you’ll be doing Designing, developing, and enhancing full-stack applications using C#, .NET and ASP.NETBuilding modern web applications across both SPA and MVC architecturesDeveloping and integrating REST APIs, databases and third-party/SaaS platformsWorking with SQL and relational database designDeploying and supporting applications within Microsoft AzureContributing to CI/CD, automated deployment, testing and modern DevOps practicesBuilding proof-of-concept solutions and evaluating new technologiesParticipating in code reviews and helping establish strong engineering practicesWorking closely with junior developers and sharing technical knowledge across the teamPartnering directly with business stakeholders to understand problems and translate requirements into effective technical solutions What we’re looking for The team is more interested in finding a strong software engineer and problem solver than somebody who ticks every technology box. Ideally, you’ll bring: 4+ years of professional software development experienceStrong experience with C# and .NETExperience with ASP.NET, Entity Framework and REST APIsStrong SQL and relational database knowledgeExposure to a modern front-end framework such as React, Angular or VueExperience working with Azure or another major cloud platformFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD and Agile developmentStrong computer science and software engineering fundamentalsExcellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsThe ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and work effectively with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders Experience with AI-enabled applications, LLMs, RAG, Docker or Kubernetes would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
