About Central Consulting Company Central Consulting Company (CCC) is a business consulting and technology-driven company focused on European funding, investment projects, business development, digital transformation, and AI-powered solutions. As part of our continued growth and development of new digital products, we are expanding our technology team and looking for an experienced Front-End Developer to join us. You will work on real business applications, AI-powered solutions, internal platforms, and digital products designed to automate and optimize business processes. Your Responsibilities - Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React and TypeScript. - Build reusable, maintainable UI components with a clear separation between interface and business logic. - Implement forms, validation, tables, dashboards, and data-driven workflows. - Integrate REST APIs and backend services, including authenticated and permission-aware user experiences. - Manage application state, asynchronous data fetching, and caching. - Handle loading, empty, error, and access-restricted states clearly and consistently. - Write automated tests for important components and user flows. - Optimize frontend performance, responsiveness, and usability. - Collaborate with backend developers, QA, AI/ML specialists, and business stakeholders. - Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and frontend architecture decisions. - Use AI-assisted development tools while taking responsibility for code quality, correctness, and maintainability. What We Are Looking For - 3+ years of professional frontend development experience. - Strong practical experience building and maintaining React applications. - Strong knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript. - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and browser behavior. - Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous data. - Good understanding of component architecture, React hooks, and state management. - Experience building forms and implementing client-side validation. - Practical experience with automated frontend testing. - Familiarity with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows. - Understanding of accessibility fundamentals, including semantic HTML and keyboard navigation. - Ability to translate complex requirements into usable interfaces and clarify requirements when needed. - Good command of English. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ownership of your work. Nice to Have - Experience with TanStack Query and Zustand. - Experience with React Hook Form and Zod. - Familiarity with Vitest, React Testing Library, and Playwright. - Experience with Vite, monorepos, and shared component libraries. - Experience with authentication flows and role-based access control. - Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment. - Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Codex, Cursor, or similar solutions. - Previous work on AI-powered applications, SaaS platforms, ERP/CRM systems, or business automation products.
