Software Engineer

Creutz & Partners is an independent asset manager, founded in 1997 and still owner-led. From Luxembourg, a team of 55 serves private and institutional clients across Benelux & Germany: entrepreneurs, families, professional athletes. We call our approach The Art of Asset Management. It is not a slogan. It is a standard. Your role You build the technology behind the craft. You develop and maintain our applications, databases and interfaces, and act as technical generalist, backing up our system administrator when needed. Small team, real ownership, direct impact. Your responsibilities • Develop and improve our IT landscape and digital business processes • Program and optimize SQL databases, queries, reports and analyses • Build and maintain APIs to custodian banks, financial service providers and third parties • Work with modern version control and CI/CD tools; deploy applications in a containerized environment • Support IT security, DORA and business continuity requirements • Back up the system administrator in managing our private cloud environment and in 1st and 2nd level user support What we offer • Competitive salary, company car and pension plan • A high-end work environment with modern infrastructure and equipment • Daily lunch by our in-house chef • Real impact: your applications and interfaces are used by the whole firm, every day • Direct collaboration with management in a flat hierarchy • Long-term perspective in an owner-led firm Your profile Must-haves: • Degree or completed training in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification • Strong SQL, database and data modeling skills • Programming experience, including the ability to work with and maintain existing code • Understanding of cloud environments, IT infrastructure and networks • Fluent German Nice to have: • Container technologies • Experience with IT security, DORA, ICT risk management or BCP • Knowledge of banking processes, especially securities and custody • Microsoft 365 and Apple environments • French and English How it works One conversation with our management, one meeting with the team, a decision within two weeks.
