Senior Software Engineer

Tiro Partners have recently been engaged by a new start up looking to appoint it's 3rd member of staff as a founding engineer. The client has recently received £3 million in funding from YC to help build the future of cloud-native AI coding agents and plans to scale to 10 engineers pretty quickly. I am looking for an individual with 1-5 years commercial experience who experience of shipping product software in Typescript and is comfortable working in a small start up with real ownership. 5 days onsite in London. £120-150K + Equity Tech Stack TypeScript, Svelte, Go, Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Cursor, Claude Code, Codex
