Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.The role Nebius is looking for a AP Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement Specialist. You will own the data and reporting layer of our AP function - building and maintaining the dashboards and KPI frameworks that give the team and leadership a real-time view of performance. Beyond reporting, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives end-to-end: identifying inefficiencies, designing solutions, coordinating input from the team and driving implementation. You sit at the intersection of AP operations, data and process design. You will partner closely with the Global AP SME to ensure improvement initiatives align with global standards, and with the broader team to translate operational experience into measurable change. Your responsibilities will include: Reporting and analytics Own AP reporting and dashboard management - maintain accuracy, relevance and accessibility of operational data Produce and interpret KPI reporting: on-time payment, ZIP aging, hold rates, escalation coverage and root cause analysis Identify trends, anomalies and patterns in AP data and translate them into actionable insights for the team and leadership Build and maintain automated reporting workflows - reduce manual data handling wherever possible Prepare ad hoc analysis for Finance leadership as needed Continuous improvement Lead continuous improvement initiatives end-to-end - coordinate input from the team including Senior AP Accountants, design solutions, drive implementation and track outcomes Work with the Global AP SME to ensure improvement initiatives align with global process standards before implementation Support automation efforts and reduction of manual work within AP workflows Document process changes and ensure improvements are embedded and sustained Monitor the impact of changes through data - close the loop between initiative and outcome We expect you to have: 4-6 years of experience in Finance Operations, AP analytics, FP&A, or a comparable analytical role within Finance Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building dashboards and KPI frameworks - Excel (advanced), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar) Experience leading or coordinating process improvement projects from identification through to implementation Solid understanding of AP processes - you do not need to have been an AP accountant, but you need to understand how AP works Comfortable working with and extracting data from ERP systems - NetSuite experience is a strong advantage Structured, project-oriented approach to your work Strong communication skills - able to translate data into stories that non-analytical stakeholders can act on Excellent written and verbal English - English is our primary working language and the expected standard of communication throughout the team Working knowledge of spoken and written English It will be an added bonus if you have: Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or another continuous improvement methodology Experience with Zip, Blackline or similar AP-specific tools Exposure to automation tools or scripting (Python, SQL) for data workflows Experience in a high-growth or technology company Benefits & Perks: Competitive compensation Career growth and learning opportunities Flexibility and ownership Collaborative and innovative culture Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects International environment and talented teams What's it like to work at Nebius: Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI Equal Opportunity Statement: Nebius is an equal opportunity employer.
