Astek Hong Kong is looking for a Java Backend/Senior Software Engineer with strong DevOps capabilities.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience developing backend applications using Java and preferably Spring Boot, combined with strong Linux/Unix, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes skills.The position also requires experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ, as well as PostgreSQL or other relational databases.Role combines backend development, distributed systems, containerization, and production/DevOps responsibilities.Java Microservices Engineer role with strong DevOps and Platform responsibilities.Java/Spring Boot backend development with microservices architecture, REST APIs, messaging systems, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Python-based infrastructure automation, and PostgreSQL.Minimum 5+ years of Experience
