MuleSoft / Java Developer Location: Rotterdam / Hybrid Seniority: Medior / Senior Focus: MuleSoft, Java, Azure, API & Integration Development About the Role For a large financial organisation, we are looking for a MuleSoft / Java Developer. The project focuses on building and maintaining integrations between an Execution Management System and a Data Science platform. Real-time trading data is enriched with Bloomberg data and processed through Azure. The organisation is currently moving away from MuleSoft towards an Azure-based integration landscape, so this role will also contribute to that transition. Your Responsibilities Develop, test and deploy integrations between the EMS and Data Science platform.Build and maintain APIs and integration services using MuleSoft and Java.Support the migration of existing integrations from MuleSoft to Azure.Integrate real-time trading data with Bloomberg data.Configure and maintain Azure Event Hub connectivity.Ensure reliable two-way data flows between trading systems and Data Science algorithms.Troubleshoot and optimise integrations in a production environment.Required Skills Strong experience with MuleSoft / Anypoint PlatformSolid Java development experienceStrong experience with Microsoft AzureREST APIs, RAML and JSONExperience with event-driven or real-time integrationsExperience developing and deploying production-grade interfacesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsNice to Have Experience migrating integrations from MuleSoft to AzureAzure DevOpsBloomberg integrationsFinancial services or trading systemsMongoDB / LinuxOAuthExperience working with Data Science platformsWho Will Thrive Here Someone who can work independently in a complex integration environment, enjoys solving technical problems and understands the importance of reliability and performance when working with real-time financial data.
