About the role We are looking for an experienced UiPath Developer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions that automate repetitive business processes and improve operational efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with Business Analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver scalable and reliable automation solutions within an enterprise environment. Key responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath.Build scalable and maintainable RPA solutions (bots) based on business requirements.Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and enhance existing automations.Monitor bot performance and ensure stable operation in production environments.Support automation deployments and CI/CD processes.Collaborate with Business Analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and design appropriate automation solutions.Integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and databases (SQL).Create and maintain technical and process documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDD) and technical designs.Follow development standards, governance frameworks, and best practices throughout the automation lifecycle.Contribute to continuous improvement of the RPA environment and automation delivery processes. Requirements – must have 2+ years of experience in RPA development, preferably with UiPath.Strong hands-on experience with the UiPath platform, particularly UiPath Studio and Orchestrator; experience with UiPath Insights is an advantage.Experience designing, developing, testing, debugging, and deploying automation solutions.Knowledge of at least one programming language, such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.Experience with API integrations and databases, including SQL.Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Understanding of Elastic Robots and enterprise RPA environments.Knowledge of recent UiPath platform capabilities, including AI/ML-related features.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to work independently and effectively in cross-functional and international teams.Strong attention to detail and focus on solution quality.UiPath certification (e.g. UiPath Developer Associate or Professional) is required.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Nice to have Experience with UiPath REFramework or other enterprise automation frameworks.Exposure to AI/ML integrations, including Document Understanding and AI Center.Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.Experience working in large-scale RPA environments or within an Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).Experience with enterprise governance and automation standards.
