We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to join our Analytics Platform team in Sofia, Bulgaria. If you have expertise in JavaScript, React and TypeScript, then we want to meet you! Our product: Our analytics platform powers our portfolio. Data is growing rapidly and is highly fragmented across different departments, and organizations are looking to adopt open software to keep up with the pace of technology. These market shifts require security organizations to deploy an analytics platform that can connect different solutions from either Cognyte or third parties to effectively develop new capabilities. As a Cognyter you will: Design and build rich and complex SPA web applications using React and NodeJSWork using Scrum as a part of a friendly teamCollaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Software Engineers from several countries on your way to complete your tasksTake part in technical decisions and strategy to further the long-term product visionRefactor and optimize currently existing code and documentationPerform code reviewsMentor junior and mid-level engineersContinuously learn and evaluate new technologies and attend in company organized trainings every yearFor that mission you'll need: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field6+ years of relevant software engineering experienceExcellent knowledge of modern front-end technologies – JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3Experience with React, TypeScript and functional componentsExperience with and knowledge of the broader React ecosystemExperience with NodeJS, MongoDBExperience working in a monorepo with shared internal packages across multiple applicationsExperience with Docker, Kubernetes on GCP will be considered as a plusExperience with Vite will be a plusExperience in performance monitoring will be a plusStrong ability to leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency and qualityGood interpersonal and communication skillsStrong command of the English Language verbal and writtenAn endlessly curious mind Remember: When you're curious enough, you don't need to check every box to apply.
