Senior SAP Ariba Application Engineer (f/m/x)

Join a global technology team responsible for supporting and enhancing enterprise procurement solutions used across international business operations. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and optimizing source-to-pay processes, collaborating with stakeholders from purchasing, finance, and other business functions. You will contribute to system improvements, support application releases and testing activities, and help deliver efficient, compliant, and user-focused procurement services in a dynamic environment. Your tasks Provide advanced support and resolve complex issues within procurement applicationsConfigure, maintain, and optimize business-critical procurement processesCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvementsSupport testing, deployments, system upgrades, and release activitiesManage incidents, service requests, changes, and problem investigations in line with IT service management practicesCoordinate troubleshooting across integrated enterprise platforms and connected systems Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Ariba Consultant, Application Engineer, or a similar role with strong functional and configuration expertiseExperience working across multiple SAP Ariba modules, including sourcing, supplier management, procurement, invoicing, and contract-related processesStrong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier lifecycle, and purchasing operationsKnowledge of software delivery practices, Agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and secure development standardsPrevious work with integrations, APIs, middleware solutions, and cross-system issue analysisFluent English and willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular presence in the Warsaw office Job no.
