How you will get the job done developing and implementing strategic digitalisation projects to gain sustainable competitive advantages through the use of AI across the entire insurance value chainpreparing and integrating large volumes of structured, semi-structured and unstructured data from diverse sources to make them usable for (Gen)AI solutionscontributing to the productive deployment and operation of machine learning and (Gen)AI solutions (MLOps), with a focus on use cases based on structured, semi-structured and unstructured data, including the integration of (Gen)AI applications and processesdesigning, implementing and operating scalable data-management and (Gen)AI solutions for the use of structured, semi-structured and unstructured data in cloud environmentssupporting and advising operational units in using the results of this work, in particular for the initial development and further enhancement of machine learning and (Gen)AI applications, in order to realise the expected added value and generate competitive advantages Skills and experience you will need fluency in English and Germanuniversity degree in natural sciences, (applied) mathematics, computer science, business informatics or a related fieldsound knowledge of and experience in data modelling and data visualization, with a strong focus on scalable data management concepts – including experience with standardized ETL processes and data pipelines – as well as practical experience in putting these and MLOps into productionsound knowledge of one or more programming, scripting and database languages (e.g. Python, Spark, SQL), as well as experience with version control systems (e.g. GitHub) and cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS)willingness to innovate and a proactive way of working, combined with the ability to think and act in a networked manner, in order to lay the foundation for the development and production deployment of (Gen)AI and LLM technologiesexperience in designing and implementing data- and AI-driven solutions based on classical ML models, LLMs, RAG architectures and agent-based systemspreferably industry experience in insurancewillingness to travel What we offer Let's be healthy Medical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.
