About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team at the Mönchengladbach location near Düsseldorf. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that deliver tangible value to our business processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project management and external stakeholders, to optimize and automate workflows, enhance system configurations, and ensure seamless integrations with external systems through REST APIs. Your expertise will help us transform manual processes into efficient digital solutions, supporting our mission to innovate within the mobility infrastructure sector. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a relevant university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification. You should have at least two years of professional experience in Salesforce development and configuration, with proven expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex programming, Salesforce Flows, and data modeling. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Platform App Builder are essential. Additionally, familiarity with REST API integrations, Git-based development workflows, Salesforce CLI, and basic Python knowledge will be advantageous. Strong communication skills in German and English, along with a valid EU work permit, are required. Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include developing modern Salesforce solutions utilizing Lightning Web Components, Apex controllers, and triggers based on detailed user stories and business requirements. You will transform manual workflows into automated, low-code processes using Salesforce Flows, enhancing operational efficiency. Configuring the Salesforce platform—including data models, user interfaces, roles, and permissions—will be a key part of your role, ensuring the system aligns with organizational needs. You will also develop integrations with external systems via REST APIs and implement event-driven processes using Platform Events. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and fellow developers, you will utilize modern tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, and Visual Studio to ensure high-quality deliverables.
