Manufacturing Process Engineer

Your responsibilities will be to: Prepare and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, process control plans, PFMEA, calculations, bills of materials, and process descriptionsOptimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and performanceParticipate in the development and continuous improvement of production tooling and equipmentImplement and promote Kaizen principles within the manufacturing environment (e.g., SSP, 6S, ergonomics, standardization, and visual management)Analyze technical documentation, including engineering drawings and specifications, to ensure compatibility with existing manufacturing processesAnalyze and interpret process stability and quality data, resolve day-to-day technical issues, and actively participate in quality problem-solving activitiesSupervise production trials following process changes, prepare related reports, and support the development and assembly of new product prototypesDrive initiatives aimed at reducing production costs and improving product qualityTrain employees on new and existing manufacturing processesCollaborate with international teams across the organizationEnsure compliance with quality, health and safety, and environmental standards Our requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred)Minimum of two years of experience in a similar or related positionPractical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools, such as SMED, 6S, and TPMGeneral understanding of APQP, PPAP, MSA, and PFMEA methodologiesFamiliarity with Integrated Management System requirements, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949Experience with 3D design softwareAbility to read and interpret technical documentation and engineering drawingsPractical knowledge of Microsoft Office 365Good command of English, enabling effective communication in an international environment, including technical terminologyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProactive attitude and strong teamwork capabilities What do we offer: An interesting position in a well-established international companyOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA comprehensive benefits package, including medical care, sports benefits, social benefits, and life insuranceA friendly and supportive work environment GDPR Consent: Please include the following statement in your CV: “I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data for recruitment purposes in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation).”
