About the Role
We’re looking for a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join an AI-native engineering team building technology for construction capital program owners.
The role focuses on Python backend development, API integrations, production data pipelines, and AWS.
🛠️ Key Requirements2–5 years of backend/software engineering experienceStrong Python backend developmentProduction experience with API integrations and data pipelinesExperience handling authentication, pagination, rate limits, retries, async processing & errorsExperience with Prefect, Dagster, Airflow, or AWS Step FunctionsStrong AWS knowledge preferredExperience with REST APIs, OAuth and WebhooksBachelor's degree in Computer ScienceEarly-stage B2B SaaS / AI/ML experience is a plus📍 Location & CompensationLocation: New York, NYWork Model: Hybrid – 3 days/week in MidtownEmployment: Full-TimeExperience: 2–5 YearsSalary: $140K–$160K + EquityWork Authorization: U.S.
