OT/ICS Cybersecurity Engineer

EOI - We're looking for OT/ICS Cybersecurity Engineers! Zhaiyk Automation LLP is inviting expressions of interest from skilled Operational Technology (OT) / Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Cybersecurity Engineers to join our growing team. As industrial environments become increasingly connected, protecting critical infrastructure is no longer optional — it's essential. If you're passionate about securing the systems that keep industry running, we'd love to hear from you. ⚠️ Eligibility: This opportunity is open to citizens and permanent residence holders of the Republic of Kazakhstan only. What we're looking for: ✅ Citizenship or permanent residency of Kazakhstan (mandatory) ✅ Experience with OT/ICS environments (SCADA, DCS, PLC, HMI, RTU, SIS) ✅ Knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC/OPC UA, Profibus/Profinet, EtherNet/IP, IEC 61850, DNP3) ✅ Familiarity with OT security standards and frameworks: IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIS2, ISO 27001 ✅ Skills in network segmentation, industrial firewalls, and secure remote access solutions ✅ Experience with security assessments, risk analysis, and vulnerability management for OT environments ✅ Understanding of IT/OT convergence challenges and safety system interdependencies Nice to have: ⭐ GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, or CISSP certification ⭐ Experience in oil & gas, energy, or critical infrastructure sectors ⭐ Hands-on experience with OT monitoring/IDS solutions and incident response What we offer: 💼 Challenging projects across industrial automation and critical infrastructure 📈 Professional growth and certification support 🤝 A collaborative team of automation and cybersecurity specialists Contact: recruitment@zhaiykautomation.kz www.zhaiykautomation.kz
