We are seeking a Senior Java Software Engineer with MuleSoft experience to join our growing Integration & Microservices practice, working on enterprise-grade integration and API platforms across complex environments. The Role As a Senior Java Software Engineer, you will design, develop and deliver scalable APIs, microservices and integration solutions using Java, Spring Boot and MuleSoft. You’ll work closely with architects, developers, product teams and business stakeholders to build secure, resilient and high-performing integration solutions, connecting applications and modernising legacy environments. Key Responsibilities Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring BootDevelop and support MuleSoft integration solutions, APIs and workflowsBuild scalable and secure integrations across complex enterprise systemsContribute to API-led integration and microservices architecturesDevelop API specifications, models and supporting documentationPerform unit testing, integration testing, code reviews and troubleshootingWork with architects and technical teams on solution design and integration patternsSupport CI/CD pipelines and DevOps-driven deliveryIntegrate applications across cloud, on-premise and hybrid environmentsSupport legacy modernisation and migration to API-led and cloud-native architectures Core Technical Skills Strong commercial experience with Java 8+ and Spring/Spring BootStrong hands-on REST API developmentMuleSoft / Anypoint Platform development and integration experienceExperience with MuleSoft API-led connectivity and integration patternsStrong understanding of microservices architectureExperience with Swagger/OpenAPI and PostmanExperience with API security, governance and best practicesStrong understanding of enterprise integration patterns Additional Experience Docker and KubernetesAWS and/or AzureSQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDBEvent-driven and serverless architecturesCI/CD and DevOps practicesAPI management platforms and enterprise middlewareExperience with messaging technologies and distributed systemsExposure to Node.js, React.js or other modern technologies is desirable Why Join LTM?
