AI Software Factory Engineer

We are looking for an AI Software Factory Engineer to help us build a new, AI-native way of developing software. In this role, you won't just use AI to write code—you will build the automated factory floor: orchestrating autonomous agents, LLM workflows, and CI/CD pipelines to scale our engineering lifecycle. What you'll do Designing and implementing AI agents, automated workflows, and prompt engineering solutions across the software development lifecycle.Integrating LLMs into existing systems, including RAG, external tool integrations, and APIs.Scaling development process efficiency and ensuring quality control of AI-generated code.Experiment with new AI capabilities and turn promising ideas into reliable engineering tools.Identify opportunities where automation can genuinely improve engineering productivity — and know when not to automate. What we're looking for Solid software development experience and a good understanding of software architecture and engineering practices.Hands-on experience building applications or developer tools with LLMs and AI frameworks.Understanding of CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and DevSecOps.Curiosity and willingness to experiment in a rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.Ability to see the bigger picture — not just how to build something, but what is worth building and why.
