THE JOURNEY Act as a trusted partner and advisor, offering expert guidance on hiring, employment laws, HR policies, compensation, and more. Design and implement employment guidelines while aligning global People processes with the specific needs of your teams. Ensure full compliance with local and EU legislation. Help the business identify training needs, implement learning and development initiatives, and promote a culture of continuous growth. Drive employee engagement and retention by supporting activities that keep our teams motivated and satisfied. Be the go-to person for all People-related queries, providing clear guidance on policies, processes, and procedures. Support with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and maintaining accurate employee records.
