Information Technology Engineer

Working remotely with CyberWest Solutions, a Western Australian company, as an Information Technology Engineer. **Key Responsibilities & Experience** * Manage and support ESET MSP Administrator for cybersecurity management and endpoint protection. * Work with Syncro MSP for IT service management, remote monitoring, and technical support. * Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js and Next.js. * Build responsive websites and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end technologies. * Develop and customize WordPress websites, themes, plugins, and integrations using PHP, Elementor, and Divi. * Troubleshoot technical issues involving websites, applications, systems, and hosting environments. * Manage website deployments, migrations, backups, and performance optimization. * Work with REST APIs, Postman, and third-party integrations. * Support cloud-based environments, including Microsoft Azure, and assist with hosting and server-related tasks. * Work with CRM and business applications, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Business Central. * Collaborate with international team members to deliver IT solutions, web development projects, and technical support. **Work Arrangement:** Remote | Western Australia-based company
