The Post Trade Accounting (PTA) division is a strategic focus within BlackRock's Aladdin platform, responsible for ensuring accurate, scalable, and efficient accounting across our global operations.
The team is expanding into data analytics and pipeline initiatives utilizing Snowflake, Redis, and distributed event streaming platforms to manage high-volume, real-time data flows.
Collaborating closely with product, operations, and other engineering teams, you will contribute to delivering critical business capabilities in a dynamic, agile environment that values technical depth, quality, and innovation.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with at least four years of professional experience in Java development and object-oriented design.
Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST API development, and enterprise integration patterns is essential.
You should have a deep understanding of SQL Server, including stored procedures, performance tuning, and data modeling, along with hands-on experience with Redis for caching or data persistence.
