About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of our AWS platform, deployment systems, and tooling, enabling our small, elite team to operate at the scale of a much larger organization. Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, this high-impact individual contributor role offers end-to-end responsibility for building, deploying, securing, and operating our software infrastructure — including the infrastructure supporting our AI agents. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools themselves, such as agents and large language model (LLM) tooling, to solve infrastructure challenges. This role is crucial in ensuring our platform's reliability, security, and scalability as we continue to innovate and grow.
