About Role: We are hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to join the technical development team of our platform. You must be able to design the architecture, write production-quality code, integrate third-party services and personally deliver the first version of the product. You will work directly with the product designer and initially operate as the main developer. Key Responsibilities: Review the existing product and technical specification.Convert requirements into a practical engineering roadmap and backlog.Identify technical risks, missing requirements and external dependencies.Design and implement the frontend, backend, database and service integrations.Build the initial responsive web platform from development through production.Add and validate the WhatsApp Business workflow early in the project.Implement authentication, authorization and account-recovery workflows.Protect personal contact details and separate public data from private data.Safely handle webhooks, failed messages, retries and duplicate events.Build secure administration and moderation capabilities.Establish local, staging and production environments.Set up deployment, monitoring, backups, recovery and cost controls.Write automated tests for critical workflows and privacy protections.Maintain clear technical and operational documentation.Provide regular demonstrations of working software.Communicate technical decisions, risks and trade-offs clearly.Help recruit and lead additional developers when required.
