Job Description:
We are seeking highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineers with strong expertise in Kubernetes and on-premises infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience designing, implementing, automating, and supporting enterprise DevOps platforms in complex on-prem environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes clusters in on-premises environments.Manage enterprise container platforms, including Kubernetes, Docker/container runtimes, and OpenShift.Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application build, deployment, testing, and release automation.Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployment, and operational processes.Manage Linux-based on-prem infrastructure, networking, storage, certificates, and system integrations supporting Kubernetes.Implement Kubernetes high availability, scaling, security, monitoring, logging, and disaster recovery.Troubleshoot complex issues across Kubernetes, containers, applications, networking, and infrastructure.Work with development, infrastructure, security, and application teams to support enterprise deployments.Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.Establish and maintain DevOps standards, deployment patterns, and operational best practices.Monitor platform performance and availability using enterprise monitoring and logging tools.Participate in production support, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization.Support modernization and migration initiatives involving legacy/on-prem applications and containerized platforms.Required Skills
