Job Description
Position Overview
Support and enhance a global Quality Management System (QMS) and related workflow platforms through scripting, development, configuration, deployment, user support and system administration.
Develop system solutions based on approved design specifications, translating defined requirements into scalable functionality that improves process efficiency and supports platform modernization.
Key Technical Responsibilities
Design and implement workflow-based solutions utilizing software development best practices.Configure forms, notifications, business rules, scripts, and reports.Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot scripts and system configurations.Perform system administration, including user access, site management, routing groups, and organizational structure updates.Support validation, deployment, release management, and post-go-live monitoring.Identify and resolve system issues, configuration gaps, and process inefficiencies.Create technical documentation, design specifications, support procedures, and release notes.
Technical Skills & Experience
1-3 years of experience in enterprise applications, workflow platforms, software development lifecycle, and systems developmentExperience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) languages such as Python and JavaScriptHands-on experience with workflow configuration, scripting, business rules, notifications, forms, and reporting.Experience with APIs, systems integration, automation, and enterprise application support.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage multiple concurrent projects.Fluent English is a mustPreferred: Experience with QMS platforms and quality processes (CAPA, NCR, RMA, Audit, Training, Document Control).
Travel Requirements
Limited travel, primarily for onboarding, workshops, major deployments, or team planning sessions.Estimated travel requirement: up to 10%
