Responsibilities
Build and maintain web applications for orchestration, workflows, and the SaaS platform.Design backend APIs connecting AI services to the product.Collaborate with AI, ML, and MLOps engineers on end-to-end features.Own GitHub workflows, code reviews, branching strategies, and CI pipelines.Ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and production-ready.Take AI features from prototype to production.Build integrations with Oracle, Yardi, SAP, Dynamics, or comparable customer systems.Build Python backend services on Google Cloud and Firebase.Ship React or Next.js front-end features in Arabic and English when needed.Mentor two to four engineers and improve architecture, service design, data models, and engineering standards.
Required Qualifications
At least 6 years of experience shipping production software, weighted toward backend development.Strong core Python experience.Experience with modern web stacks, including React or Next.js, Node.js or Python, and REST APIs.Experience implementing AI agents in multi-tenant SaaS architectures.Experience building enterprise-grade web applications.Experience shipping LLM features into production and understanding retrieval, prompting, structured output, failure modes, cost, and latency.Experience creating evaluations and regression tests for nondeterministic AI systems.Enterprise integration experience with Oracle, Yardi, or a comparable system.Daily experience with coding agents and an understanding of their limitations.Based in Qatar or willing to relocate.
