This role focuses on designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions, including AI agents and workflows, to improve efficiency, accelerate delivery, and enable scalable data operations. The individual acts as a strategic enabler for Data Engineering, Data Management, Data Quality and Data Products by introducing innovative automation patterns and leveraging emerging AI technologies. What You’ll Do Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions, including intelligent agents, copilots, and workflow automationPartner with Data teams to identify automation opportunities and reduce manual effort across the data lifecycleDevelop reusable automation frameworks, tools, and services to improve team productivity and scalabilityLeverage generative AI, machine learning, and scripting to streamline data operations, monitoring, and support processesEnable self-service capabilities through automation, improving accessibility and efficiency for business and technical usersCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-enabled automation solutionsEstablish best practices, governance, and guardrails for responsible AI and automation usageEvaluate and introduce emerging AI and automation technologies to continuously improve Data Hub capabilitiesProvide mentorship and guidance on automation patterns, AI adoption, and tooling across the team What You Bring Strong expertise in automation, AI solutions, and intelligent workflow designHands-on experience building AI agents, copilots, or automation solutions using modern AI toolsProficiency in Python or similar languages for automation, APIs, and integrationsExperience working with AI platforms, frameworks, or services (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI, or similar)Strong understanding of data concepts (data pipelines, data models, data quality), without being focused on pipeline developmentExperience integrating systems and automating processes across cloud environmentsStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and innovationAbility to collaborate across technical and business teams to drive adoption of automation solutions Minimum Requirements Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
