About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer with a specialization in WordPress to join our team in full-time capacity at our location in Viersen. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining websites, transforming creative designs into fully responsive WordPress templates, and ensuring the highest standards of technical and visual quality. Working within agile teams, you will have the opportunity to manage projects independently or collaboratively, contributing to mid-sized and large-scale initiatives exceeding 500 hours. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional digital experiences to our clients, maintaining our reputation for quality and innovation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, possess a passion for clean code, and enjoy creating bespoke WordPress solutions that stand out from standard templates. Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a deep passion for WordPress development and a commitment to custom solutions over generic templates. Proficiency in HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, and PHP is essential, along with a solid understanding of modern development workflows. Experience with Docker and Git is highly desirable, as is familiarity with Bootstrap and Symfony frameworks. First-hand experience working on responsive design projects and a good eye for both technical and aesthetic details are crucial. Candidates should be team-oriented, goal-driven, and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
