Nair Systems is currently looking for Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer for our Qatar operations Role Overview We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, integrations, and custom development. The candidate should have strong knowledge of the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, release waves, Copilot/AI features, ALM, Azure integration, and modern development practices. skills. Preferred Certifications • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate • Power Platform Functional Consultant • Power Platform Solution Architect Expert • Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant • Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant • Good to Have • Real Estate / Property Management domain experience • Dynamics 365 Field Service • Power Pages • Azure Integration Services • TIBCO / ClickDimensions • Experience with legacy Dynamics CRM integrations and WCF Key Responsibilities & Skills • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 CE development and customization. • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and preferably Field Service. • Configure and customize Dataverse, including tables/entities, relationships, forms, • views, dashboards, charts, business rules, business process flows, security roles, teams, and field security. • Develop Power Apps, including Model-driven and Canvas Apps. • Develop and manage Power Automate flows, approvals, integrations, and business process automation. • Strong development experience with C#, Plugins, Custom APIs, • JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS and Dynamics 365/Dataverse SDK. • Experience with Dataverse Web API, REST/OData, JSON, OAuth and third-party API integrations. • Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Blob Storage/API Management is desirable. • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365/Power Platform Solutions, Publishers, • Managed/Unmanaged Solutions, Environment Variables, Connection References and ALM. • Experience with Azure DevOps/Git, CI/CD and Power Platform Pipelines is preferred. • Experience with Power BI, SSRS and FetchXML reporting. • Experience in data migration, data mapping, integration and master data management. • Experience with Power Pages; legacy Power Apps Portals experience is an advantage. • Awareness of Microsoft Copilot/AI capabilities within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. • Ability to evaluate and adopt new Microsoft releases and recommended/modern alternatives to legacy customizations. • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security, performance, scalability, governance, and best practices. • Ability to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, prepare technical specifications, provide estimates, and support solution architecture. • Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month) Should you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest at nishanthini.suda@nairsystems.com
