About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (m/w/d) to join our innovative team within the Haufe Group. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in scaling our flagship products, focusing on developing new workflows and processes that enhance the user experience for our customers. Your expertise will help us rethink existing approaches and implement cutting-edge solutions that simplify our clients' daily operations. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess several years of professional experience in developing modern backend and frontend systems. Profound knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and React, along with TypeScript and Material UI, is essential. You should have a strong background in working with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, and be comfortable navigating cloud environments, particularly AWS. Experience with AI-native engineering and integrating AI-driven workflows into software products will be highly regarded. Excellent communication skills in German (minimum C2 level) are required, as well as the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams effectively. A proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation are key attributes for this position. Responsibilities Take full ownership of product features from conception through deployment, actively participating in discovery, delivery, and iteration phases.Design, develop, and maintain microservice-based architectures, ensuring reliable communication between services and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, UX designers, and data specialists—to define requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting new tools, frameworks, and approaches to enhance system performance and scalability.Lead initiatives to integrate AI agents and automated workflows into our products, contributing to our future-oriented work environment.Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance through code reviews and testing.Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and strategic discussions to align development efforts with company goals.
