Job Summary
Super Micro Computer B.V.
is seeking a (Sr.) test/test engineer who is responsible for test/issues analysis of Supermicro products that meet product quality requirements and shipment deadlines.
This position will be located in the EMEA headquarters in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Perform testing of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) products.Defines and documents the process following test requirement for PCBA products testing.Refines and improvements of established procedure to advance test methods deployed.Test equipment management.Debugs and provides trouble shooting.Assists in reviewing defects and conduct root cause analysis.Directs and coaches junior staff in data collection and root cause analysis on defects found during the test processes.Take lead of ECO (Engineering Change Order) rework team.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of working experience relevant to the PCBA and motherboard testing environment.Strong computer knowledge background.Shell script (Linux) / JavaScript programming is required.English language skills (reading, speaking, writing) are required.Responsible, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
