Title: Senior Full-Stack Engineer – B2B/B2C Modular Marketplace (Next.js / Node / Stripe Connect) Job Type: Contract / Freelance (Part-time to Full-time, milestones or hourly) Estimated Duration: 3 to 6 months (with long-term maintenance potential) About Bytehab: Bytehab (bytehab.com) is an e-commerce marketplace connecting property owners and developers with modular prefab manufacturers, component suppliers, and installation/assembly service providers. What You Will Do: - Architect and develop multi-role dashboards (Buyers, Vendors/Manufacturers, Service Providers). - Build product catalog and modular configurators for high-ticket modular units and add-on components. - Implement secure payment and escrow/milestone payout workflows using Stripe Connect. - Build search, location-based contractor matching, and delivery logistics integration. Requirements: - 5+ years of full-stack web development experience. - Deep expertise with Next.js/React, Node.js (or equivalent backend), and PostgreSQL. - Proven experience implementing multi-party payouts or marketplace workflows via Stripe Connect. - Experience with complex catalog filtering, multi-tenant databases, or headless e-commerce (e.g., Medusa, Saleor, or custom). - Strong English communication skills and ability to work independently.
