Requirements:
Over 5 years of software engineering experience with success in building and scaling production services handling web-scale trafficProven expertise in designing, building, and maintaining high-availability distributed systems, preferably in trading or financial domainsProficiency in backend programming languages such as Java or Golang and experience with data stores like MongoDB or RedisAbility to combine customer-focused product insight with strong observability and operational practicesExperience in upgrading or re-architecting significant legacy systems into modern platformsResponsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality

Pay Range and Compensation Package:
