About the Opportunity: The SENIOR DEVOPS ENGINEER will lead the design and implementation of advanced continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines that support rapid and reliable feature delivery. This role integrates AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and system reliability, contributing directly to accelerating engineering workflows and managing platform scale and growth challenges. The position plays a critical part in maintaining high standards of quality, security, and operational excellence. Responsibilities: Design and build complex CI/CD pipelines for microservices and distributed systemsUtilize AI code generation tools to accelerate pipeline development and testingDevelop custom scripts and integrations using Python and shell scriptingArchitect GitOps workflows with tools like ArgoCD or FluxImplement progressive delivery strategies such as blue-green and canary deploymentsOptimize builds using AI-powered caching and parallel executionPromote AI tool adoption across DevOps lifecycle including infrastructure and incident responseUse AI for monitoring, alerting, anomaly detection, and root cause analysisAutomate deployments, infrastructure provisioning, security checks, and operational processesDevelop platform tools to simplify infrastructure complexityEmploy AI-driven capacity planning and cost optimizationIntegrate automated security scanning and vulnerability remediationCollaborate with engineering teams to improve delivery pipelinesMentor and lead DevOps best practices and cultureDocument processes leveraging AI assistants Requirements: 4+ years of DevOps experience with strong CI/CD focusExpertise with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub ActionsAdvanced knowledge of GitOps and related toolsExperience with progressive delivery and continuous testing strategiesProficient in Git branching and development workflowsProven use of AI-powered development tools in productionStrong prompt engineering and responsible AI practices2+ years hands-on AWS experienceExpert Terraform skillsExperience with Docker and Kubernetes managementStrong automation skills with tools like Ansible or ChefAdvanced Python and shell scripting Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
