Within Workplace Services Engineering, you’ll help modernize platforms that support equity administration, retirement plan services, and other workplace financial solutions used by millions of participants. As a Software Engineer, you’ll design and enhance scalable applications and REST APIs using .Net technologies while improving platform performance, stability, security, and resilience. You’ll apply problem solving and technical troubleshooting to resolve complex production challenges, modernize legacy components, and reduce technology and compliance risks. Working in an Agile environment, you’ll collaborate across disciplines, influence technical decisions, and adapt solutions as business needs evolve. You’ll also explore opportunities to use Generative AI and automation to improve engineering efficiency, quality, and outcomes. What you have Required Qualifications 2+ years of application development, software engineering, or application support experience within an enterprise environmentExperience developing and maintaining REST APIs using .Net technologiesExperience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in production environmentsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of distributed systems, scalable application architectures, and cloud-based design principlesExperience with DevOps and continuous integration and continuous deployment practicesExperience developing modern Web Applications using frontend technologiesFamiliarity with secure software development practicesExperience conducting root-cause analysis and resolving complex technical challengesExperience working in an Agile Collaboration environmentFamiliarity with Generative AI workflows and AI-enabled automationAbility to apply Problem Solving, communicate effectively, and influence peers and stakeholders In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
