Key Responsibilities: This onsite resource will join an operations team responsible for supporting and enhancing two systems.-Retail customer facing portal and integration/authorization platform. Day-to-day work involves triaging and resolving support tickets, implementing enhancements, and coordinating with platform team on infrastructure-related matters.Will also be responsible for contributing to regular status and performance reporting with IT and Business leadership. Required: * Node.js, typescript, AWS ECS, API Gateway, Lambda, AWS Networking knowledge * familiaer with .NET development experience (.NET Core 6 and .NET MVC/Framework) * React frontend development for Sitecore-based customer experiences * Containerization fundamentals — Docker and container-based deployment patterns * GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows * Familiarity with Azure services (AKS, Azure DevOps, Azure Container Registry) and AWS (ECS, API Gateway, CloudWatch) at a sufficient level to review and assess change impacts * Experience supporting API-based applications without a UI layer * Ability to work directly with client stakeholders and triage production issues in a managed services context.
