I’m helping build a software consultancy looking for developers who still have that curiosity.
People who enjoy building things, have opinions, ask questions and want to keep getting better.
There’s plenty here to get stuck into.
You’ll build frontend and backend applications for different clients, getting involved from the initial design through to production and further development.
The core is TypeScript and Node.js, alongside React, Vue or Angular.
You’ll contribute to architecture, integration decisions and the work that keeps applications secure, scalable and maintainable.
Then there’s the AI side.
Depending on the assignment, you could be building AI agents, setting up MCP servers, integrating LLMs into applications, or designing workflows that connect models with existing tools, data and business processes.
RAG, embeddings, agentic development.
Plenty to explore, with the engineering challenge of making it all work reliably in practice.
What should an agent have access to? How do you check its output? Where does it actually improve something for the person using it?
You’ll have room to get into those questions and help shape the answers.
What I’m looking for
4+ years in frontend and/or backend development.Good knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js.Experience with React, Vue or Angular.A solid understanding of software design principles and patterns.Experience with REST, GraphQL and/or gRPC.An interest in AI-assisted and agentic development.
Java/Spring Boot or Python would be useful extras.
So would experience with AI agents, MCP, RAG or model integrations.
You don’t need to have done everything already.
You do need to be based in the Netherlands and speak Dutch well.
Beyond the tooling, someone who takes responsibility, shares what they know and enjoys working through a problem with other people.
You can challenge an idea and be comfortable having yours challenged too.
