Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a financial technology team supporting transactional and financial systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across front-end and back-end development, microservices, REST APIs, messaging platforms, databases, and modern DevOps practices.
Experience within banking, financial services, payments, or other transaction-processing environments is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable full-stack applications.Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.Build scalable backend services using Java/Spring Boot and/or Python/FastAPI.Design and consume RESTful APIs within microservices-based architectures.Work with relational databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL as well as NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB and ELK.Develop and integrate messaging solutions using Kafka, Solace, MQ, or similar platforms.Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.Work with infrastructure automation technologies such as Ansible and Helm charts.Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide production support.Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Share technical knowledge and mentor junior developers.Contribute to the design and implementation of reliable transactional and financial applications.
Required Qualifications:
5–7 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.Strong front-end development experience with Angular, React, or similar frameworks.Strong backend development experience with:Java/Spring Boot, orPython/FastAPIHands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices.Strong knowledge of RDBMS such as Oracle, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL.Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and/or ELK.Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, Solace, MQ, or similar.Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible and Helm.Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.Ability to work independently on complex technical assignments.Experience developing and supporting transactional or financial systems.
