Join our Client Servicing Technology team as a Software Engineer and help build scalable, high-performing solutions that support critical business and risk management capabilities across the firm.
In this role, you will collaborate with engineers, business partners, and stakeholders to design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications that process high-volume transactions in a highly available environment.
Your ability to solve complex technical challenges, influence solution design, and drive continuous improvement will directly support business outcomes and operational excellence.
Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, effective communication, and the adaptability to balance multiple priorities while working in an Agile environment.

What you have
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.2+ years of experience with Java, Spring Framework, Cloud Development, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and Informatica ETL solutions supporting high-volume, highly available applications.2+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-scale solutions for complex business and technology challenges.Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.Experience in creating architecture diagrams, technical documentation, functional specifications, and automated testing solutions.Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.Experience with GitHub, Bamboo, Jira, and Confluence.Experience working with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).Experience with SQL Server, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.Experience driving automation, scalability, process improvements, and feature adoption.Ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams, business partners, and offshore resources.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
