Description

As a Backend Developer at Logicc, you'll play an active role in shaping the future of AI applications. Working in our agile team, you'll see the direct impact of your work on our users while helping drive one of the most exciting technology fields of our time. Tasks Develop and enhance internal tools and backend services using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, migrations, and performance tuning Build and maintain data synchronization processes across multiple systems Design and optimize agent-first development workflows and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab Collaborate closely in a cross-functional team Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in backend development using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on experience with coding agents Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is our working language) Nice-to-have: Experience with TypeScript and Vite or similar frontend frameworks Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments Benefits Flexible working hours Hybrid or fully remote work (Office in central Hamburg) Subsidized Germany Ticket (Deutschlandticket) Wellpass membership Opportunity to shape products in a fast-growing startup High degree of ownership Team events Salary of 50.000 - 70.000€ annually, based on your experience You'll become part of our cross-functional product team.
