About the Role We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to help architect and scale the systems powering our real-time logistics and operations.
This is a high-impact role for an engineer who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working with complex systems, and owning technical decisions from architecture through production.
You’ll build backend services that support our web and mobile products while tackling challenges across logistics, routing, automation, scalability, and reliability.
You’ll work closely with frontend, mobile, product, and operations teams and play an important role in shaping how our designs and scales its backend infrastructure as the business grows.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain high-quality backend systems using languages such as Java and GoLead major technical initiatives across vehicle routing optimization, logistics automation, scalability, and reliabilityOwn backend architecture and drive solutions to complex, ambiguous, and high-impact problemsBuild and scale core APIs, services, and data stores that support our products and operationsEstablish best practices around testing, monitoring, observability, reliability, and system performancePartner with product and engineering leadership to translate technical priorities into quarterly roadmapsCollaborate closely with frontend, mobile, product, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutionsMentor other engineers through technical guidance, design reviews, code reviews, and hands-on collaboration
